The anti-rattle hitch pin lock # SA3022 included with this rack has a 7/16" thickness and threads into the shank of the rack to clamp it to the receiver tube and prevent any movement/rattling. No, they are not! The locking casters that are included with the Hollywood Racks Rack Valet Rolling Storage Cart for Hitch-Mounted Bike Racks item # HRRV-1 aren't going to work very well in grass. They're designed for hard surfaces. It will be pretty easy to swap them out for larger casters/wheels that will work in the grass.

No, sorry you can not. The 2" receiver that comes with the Stealth Hitches item # SH27FRT can only be used for accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. It's only been built to withstand the vertical force put it on by accessories.
You'll have to use the included ball mount to tow. There's no other options or any way to do any height adjustments with the hitch.
